There is a classification between the first class, second sitting, and an unreserved category. The first-class seats are limited to just 16 with the entry fee of INR 205 and are hard to get, and the others are expanded to 160 seats and the entry fee for the second sitting is INR 30 and for the unreserved category, it is INR 15. It is open all days of the week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and is located at a distance of just 12 km from Coonoor. It would take around an hour to complete the visit. Stone House

Stone House was the first building to be constructed on the lands of Ooty it is also known as the English House. Now it has become one of the greatest tourist spots in all of Ooty. Tourists can visit the place between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and there is no entry fee. Stone House’s distance from Ooty City Center is just 2.7 km. The best time to enjoy the place is during the winter season between November and January.
